The Napa Valley Vacation Bungalow offers the perfect outdoor space to enjoy Napa Valley. Featuring a Jacuzzi Hot Tub and serene garden lighting that will greet you at the end of your day of wine tasting. Can you imagine a glass of wine, in the Jacuzzi, under the stars in the Napa Valley? It’s magical!
The Garden Studio is a private, detached studio apartment nestled in the backyard. Fully furnished with a kitchenette and full bath, this studio is perfect for your additional guests who enjoy a bit of privacy.

The Napa Vacation Bungalow is a GREEN property. The house is equipped with solar panels generating over 85% of our electricity, warm LED lighting, and utilization of on-demand water heaters are just a few of the ways we stay green!
We recycle everything we can, from paper to plastic, even our water! Our spa water is recycled and utilized in our drip irrigation system for landscaping. Our commodes are low flow and we participate in Pacific Gas & Electric’s Smart AC program.
The "NAPA VACATION BUNGALOW" is legally permitted and licensed by the City of Napa
41 whole-home vacation rental homes are legally permitted and licensed by the city of Napa. Legally permitted vacation rental homes typically list their Vacation Rental Permit number for potential renters to see.

Licensed vacation rental homes participate in annual safety inspections conducted by the city of Napa Fire Department and abide by a comprehensive set of guidelines developed in collaboration with the city, resulting in a safer, superior lodging experience for guests.
